These Affiliate Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the participation of affiliates (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) in the RA8 Regenerative Serum Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up for the Program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

1. Program Overview

The Program is operated by SF COSMECEUTICAL (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and allows Affiliates to promote the RA8 Regenerative Serum through unique affiliate links and earn commissions on sales generated through those links.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

To enroll in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid and active website, blog, social media platform, or other approved online platform.
• Submit a complete application through our affiliate registration page.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. You must maintain an active and compliant status to continue participating in the Program.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote RA8 Regenerative Serum in a legal, ethical, and responsible manner.
• Ensure that your promotional materials do not contain false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims.
• Display your affiliate link only on approved platforms as specified in your application.
• Refrain from engaging in any form of spamming, unsolicited emailing, or unauthorized advertising.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.

4. Affiliate Links and Promotion

Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link to promote RA8 Regenerative Serum. This link must be used to track sales and calculate commissions. You may use banners, text links, and other promotional materials provided by the Company.

You may not:

• Modify or alter the affiliate link or any other promotional materials provided by the Company.
• Promote the Product through pay-per-click (PPC) advertising or paid search campaigns without our express written permission.
• Misrepresent the relationship between you and the Company, such as implying that you are an employee, agent, or representative of SF COSMECEUTICAL.

5. Commissions

Commissions are earned on qualifying sales generated through your affiliate link. A qualifying sale is a purchase made by a customer who:

• Clicks on your affiliate link,
• Completes the purchase within the cookie duration (as specified in the Affiliate Dashboard),
• Does not return the Product within the return period.

The commission rate will be communicated to you upon acceptance into the Program and may be updated from time to time. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, provided that your earned commissions exceed the minimum payout threshold of RM30. If the minimum threshold is not met, your balance will roll over to the next payout period.

6. Payments

Commissions are paid via bank transfer. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any fees associated with your preferred payment method.

All commissions are paid in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)  and are subject to withholding taxes as required by law. It is your responsibility to comply with your local tax laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to you. You may also terminate your participation in the Program by providing written notice to us.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all affiliate links and promotional materials. Any outstanding commissions owed to you will be paid in accordance with our standard payout schedule, provided that the terms of this Agreement were not violated.

8. Confidentiality

As an Affiliate, you may have access to confidential information about the Company and the Program. You agree not to disclose, share, or use any confidential information for any purpose other than to promote RA8 Regenerative Serum in accordance with this Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

SF COSMECEUTICAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Affiliate Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top. Your continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
